Social Saturday in Brighton
Hosted by Brighton and Hove Training Services

This Saturday 13th September, the Brighton & Hove Social Enterprise Network takes over Jubilee Square to exhibit the fine work of some of the city’s social enterprises.

Attendance is free, refreshments will be on sale, and there will be entertainment for children in the form of a graffiti wall ON the Big Lemon bus!

Come along and find out more about social enterprise in the city – what it is, and how it’s helping improve society, the environment, and the economy. Meet inspiring social entrepreneurs who are changing the world for the better, and learn more about how you can get involved, or even start your own social enterprise!

Exhibiting social enterprises include:

The Big Lemon
Engage & Create
Open Strings CIC
Chibah Housing Co-operative
Parentskool Limited
Brighton & Hove Wood Recycling Project
The Big Fig
The Fed
Brightpip CIC
Good Money
Brighton Fringe
The Bevy

All from 10am to 4pm at Jubilee Square (outside the library), Jubilee Street.

And when you’re ready to move on – why not make a day of it and visit the Brighton & Hove Food Festival in the adjacent New Road?
